Returns & Refunds
1. Can I return or exchange an item?
You may return or exchange any item within 30 days except "Sale" item.
Refunds cover only the cost of merchandise, delivery costs are non-refundable.
A refund will be sent back to the original form of payment within 10 business days for qualifying merchandise only.
All merchandise must be unworn and unwashed and in the same condition.
2. What should I do if I receive the wrong or defective item?
Please send an email to email@example.com and include a picture of the wrong or defective item.
This will allow us to verify the mistake and take care of it right away.
If you receive the wrong item, we will refund the cost of return postage to the card which was used during a purchase.
We will only reimburse standard shipping expenses. Expedited or Express services will not be reimbursed.
3. Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order has not yet transmitted for shipping, you can request to change or cancel your order.
Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number specified in the subject line.
4. What should I do if I didn't receive an item?
Please send an email to email@example.com with your name and order number if you didn't recieve the product.
